Refund Policy

1. Course Enrollments
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you find that a course is not right for you, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
2. Service Contracts
For agency services (Web Design, Cyber Security Audits, Digital Marketing), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at the start of the project. Generally, deposits for project initiation are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to billing@cybernova.com with your enrollment details and the reason for the request. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Certification exam vouchers that have already been issued.
- Completed courses or specialized training programs after the 7-day window.
- One-on-one consulting sessions already conducted.
5. Changes to Policy
CyberNova reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
